Prior to forming KBE Consulting, I was the HR Leader at leading chains of hotels in Singapore, where I was actively involved in developing and implementing varied HR and other operational initiatives. The successes of these initiatives led me to set up a consulting firm in the area of expertise where past successes can be shared with other like-minded organizations. Over the years, I have expanded the scope of interventions to help companies to scale new heights.
